No. The website is a one-time purchase. Website management at $79 CAD a month is optional, for owners who want us to handle maintenance, monitoring and small updates. Separately, your domain has a yearly renewal fee paid to your registrar, and we'll explain any hosting costs up front.

Your website stays online and stays yours. We'll hand over access to the hosting and files so you can look after it yourself or work with someone else. You'd just no longer have us doing maintenance, checks and updates.

Yes. Once your website is paid for, it's yours, including the design and files. Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours too.

Yes. If you already own a domain, we connect your new website to it as part of launch. If you don't have one yet, we'll help you register one in your own name.

Yes. With website management, small content updates of up to 30 minutes a month are included. Without it, you can request changes as needed and we'll quote them, or have any developer make them since the site is yours.

It depends on the size of the site and how quickly content and feedback come together. We'll give you an expected timeline with your quote, before you commit.

No. We can work with photos you already have, and your concept can use placeholders. That said, real photos of your work tend to look much better than stock images. If you want them, Dispatch Visuals offers business photography and video as a separate, optional service.
